Staying here was great for me since it was just a short walk to beautiful outdoor spaces like Schyrenbad and almost 2 km from iconic spots like Marienplatz. Plus, the hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and bright.

Great budget hotel in a pretty nice area just off the public transport, U-bahn close to city center, and the city centre. Consistently courteous property employees all round. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a football stadium. Totally pleasant stay on business trip.

It was as expected, had a FINE stay on business trip. Location: the hotel was right by central Munich / Marienplatz as well as the subway. Wine bar Cafe Spritz located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, equipped with basic toiletries like towels and shower gel. A nearby petrol station offers convenient snacks, drinks, and pastries.

Accessing the hotel requires navigating a rather dull dual carriageway, which isn't exactly scenic or cute. The lack of a plug in the sink can be quite an inconvenience, and the very basic nature of the rooms has been likened to a prison cell. There have been issues with the air conditioning. In one case, it short-circuited and posed a fire hazard. Be prepared for a simple breakfast that doesn't justify its cost, with limited variety. It could be quite cramped during peak breakfast hours as there aren't enough tables, leading to waits.
